All custom work is done on a proofing basis. Finalised artwork is emailed to the customer for they’re approval and once we get the go ahead and a deposit is paid we will commence work on the project.


On most occasions we will have your online order ready to leave our premises the next working day after your order is placed. If we don’t have a sign in stock we will endeavour to have it ready the next working day but sometimes it may run an extra day but this would be a rarity.


We pride ourselves in providing a quality product and service, but if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase or maybe it was damaged in transit please contact us (090 9645121) or email us ( within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement order to be sent out as a priority or a refund.
